We are Designated Professional Appraisers (P.App. – AACI / CRA) of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. We are qualified, experienced and certified real estate valuation experts to provide reliable, compliant and comprehensive appraisal reports for wide range of situations, purposes and properties. We are in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada and provide fully CUSPAP compliant Appraisal and Consulting Services.

Our engagement in an appraisal assignment is not contingent upon the reporting of a predetermined value or direction in value that favors the cause of the client, the amount of the value estimate, the attainment of a stipulated result or the occurrence of a subsequent event.

COST EFFICIENCY AND TIMELY DELIVERY

Our appraisal fee depends on the complexity involved and time required to complete the appraisal. Our professional fee is neither dependent nor contingent on the market value. We do our best keep our fee as reasonable as possible.
