Jani Real Estate Appraisers Inc. is a real estate appraisal and consulting firm located in Toronto, Ontario. The firm is founded by Shardul Jani (AACI, P. App. – Accredited Appraiser of the Canadian Institute – Professional Appraiser). Since it’s foundation in 2018, we have appraised significant number of properties across South Ontario and have established as a distinguished & preferred appraisal firm.
Our reports are prepared in conformity to the “First Principles of Value” and the Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (CUSPAP)of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) and Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Our work products are prepared with care and meet the ethical and professional guidelines and regulations of the Institute. We are enrolled in the Continuous Professional Development Program of AIC. We keep ourselves updated with trends in the appraisal industry and well-informed of latest trends in the Real Estate Market.
